Rhinefield House is one of the most iconic wedding venues in the New Forest. This grand country house hotel sits deep within woodland, surrounded by gardens, trees, and open scenery that create an incredible backdrop for a wedding day. A Rhinefield House wedding feels calm, elegant, and connected to nature, with space to celebrate properly with your loved ones from morning through to the party in the evening.

I’m Simon John, a Hampshire wedding photographer and house wedding photographer with years of experience photographing weddings across the New Forest. Rhinefield House is a grand country house with a relaxed atmosphere. The combination of historic architecture, beautiful gardens, and surrounding woodland makes it ideal for wedding photography across the whole day.

The house itself provides elegant indoor spaces for preparations, ceremonies, and wedding breakfasts, while the gardens and grounds offer a stunning backdrop for outdoor ceremonies, group photos, and couple portraits. Whether it’s summer sunshine or softer light after rain, the scenery always adds something special to the photos.

Weather in the New Forest can change quickly, but Rhinefield House works beautifully in all conditions. On dry days, the gardens are perfect for relaxed walks and natural shots. I work quietly, step in only when needed, and allow moments to happen naturally.
